As I sit here on Christmas Eve, the anticipation begins to build. No matter if you are young or old, everyone stops for a moment on this Christmas eve, as the old familiar carols play, and will think of their hopes and dreams, presents and sweets, and family and friends. Among the chaos in the news headlines this last week, there was a small news clip of significant impact. A church bus crashed returning home to North Carolina after a three-day Jubilee celebration in Gatlinburg, TN. The bus blew a tire and hit an SUV and a tractor-trailer. Eight people lost their lives.
